• No refunds for missed appointments, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or late arrivals over 15 minutes.
   
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiting your session without refund.
   

• All electronic files are non-refundable once downloaded.
   
• If your download fails or includes an error, please contact us immediately so we can send a corrected file or assist you with redownloading.
   

• Refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery — only if the item is:
   
  • Unused
     
  • Undamaged
     
  • Returned in original packaging
     
• Contact us first to receive approval before sending any returns.
   
• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
   
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
   
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
